高职高专的旅游专业教育是为旅游业培养具有较强实践能力的高素质技能型人才。近年来,随着我国的旅游市场向全世界开放的程度不断加大,旅游业正以蓬勃的生机,带动整个社会经济进一步走向世界。旅游业的发展带动众多相关产业的快速增长,为社会创造了更多的就业机会。然而,旅游专业的相关教育大都将教学重点放在理论研究上,这种重理论轻实践的教学方法,尤其不适合高职高专教育。在这样的背景下,我们要反思一直以来的教育模式,尤其《旅游服务礼仪》是一门实践性很强的课程,在姜大源先生所倡导的“以工作过程为导向的教学模式”的思路引导下,我们要思考我们的实践教学应怎样大刀阔斧的进行改革,来提高我们的教学质量,提高学生的动手实践能力。
Higher vocational education in tourism is to train tourism industry with strong practical ability of high-quality skilled personnel. In recent years, with the opening of China’s tourism market to the world, the tourism industry is booming and the entire social economy has been brought to the world. The development of tourism has driven the rapid growth of many related industries and created more employment opportunities for the community. However, most of the tourism-related education mainly focuses on the theoretical research. This emphasis on light practical teaching methods is not suitable for higher vocational education. Under this background, we must reflect on the educational model that has been adopted. In particular, “tourism service etiquette” is a highly practical course. In the “process-oriented teaching model” advocated by Mr. Jiang Dayuan Under the guidance of our thinking, we should think about how our practice teaching should be drastically carried out to improve our teaching quality and enhance students’ hands-on ability.
