高校是培养社会主义建设者和接班人的基地,高校安全保卫工作的好坏直接关系到能否为高校创造一个良好的育人环境,确保国家未来的栋梁之材在大学校园内安居乐学。高校又是政治、经济、文化等各种信息的聚集和传播地.对各种信息的反应极为敏感。历史证明,高校的这种对政治、经济、文化等信息的敏感反应,对国家的稳定具有风向标的作用。因此,确保高校的稳定特别是政治稳定,直接关系到国家的稳定与否。为此,笔者就高校保卫组织的职能问题谈几点认识,以供探讨。一、法制和安全防范的宣传教育职能高校保卫工作的根本目的是为了预防和最大限度地减少违法犯罪和治安灾害事故的发生,确保校园的安定。要实现这一目的,首先必须增强师生员工的法制观念,提高师生员工抵御不法侵害和预防灾害事故的能力,这是搞好高校保卫工作的基础和前提。
Colleges and universities are the bases for cultivating socialist builders and successors. The quality of security work in colleges and universities is directly related to the ability to create a good educational environment for colleges and universities and ensure that the country’s future pillars will be able to live and study in university campuses. Colleges and universities are also the gathering and dissemination of various information such as politics, economy and culture, etc. They are extremely sensitive to various kinds of information. History has proved that such sensitive responses to political, economic and cultural information in colleges and universities have a vane on the stability of the country. Therefore, to ensure the stability of colleges and universities, especially political stability, is directly related to the stability of the country. To this end, the author talk about the functions of the security organization in colleges and universities for some understanding, for discussion. I. The Function of Publicity and Education of Legal System and Security Prevention The fundamental purpose of safeguarding colleges and universities is to prevent and minimize the occurrence of criminal offenses and public security and disaster accidents so as to ensure the stability of the campus. To achieve this goal, we must first strengthen the legal concept of teachers and students to improve the ability of teachers and students to resist unlawful violations and prevent disasters. This is the basis and premise for doing a good job of safeguarding colleges and universities.
