基于320×256长波面阵红外探测器的结构、输出信号特点及工作要求,设计了由偏置电压产生电路、信号预调理电路、时序驱动电路构成的焦面电路。其中偏置电压产生电路的设计,同时实现了固定偏置电压以及可调偏置电压的设计,增强了焦面电路设计的灵活性。在详细介绍焦面电路各部分的设计方案后,依据设计方案实现焦面电路板制作,并对其进行时序波形的仿真以及硬件电路测试。结果表明,该电路能够驱动红外探测器正常工作并对探测器输出模拟信号实现前级调理,设计方案合理可行,具有一定的工程实践意义。
Based on the structure of the 320 × 256 long wave surface array infrared detector and the output signal characteristics and working requirements, a focal plane circuit composed of a bias voltage generating circuit, a signal preconditioning circuit and a timing driving circuit is designed. The design of the bias voltage generating circuit realizes the design of the fixed bias voltage and the adjustable bias voltage, and enhances the flexibility of the design of the focal plane circuit. After the design scheme of each part of the focal plane circuit is introduced in detail, the fabrication of the focal plane circuit board is realized according to the design scheme, and the simulation of the timing waveform and the hardware circuit test are carried out. The results show that the circuit can drive the infrared detector to work normally and output the analog signal to the detector to realize the pre-stage conditioning. The design scheme is reasonable and feasible, and has certain practical significance.
