目的:确定灵芝多糖微波提取最佳工艺。方法:采用苯酚-硫酸法,通过响应面分析法对灵芝多糖微波提取工艺进行优选。结果:液料比、微波频率对灵芝多糖得率具有显著性影响,其最佳提取工艺为:加药材32倍量的水,在1960MHz微波频率下提取14min,结果测得多糖得率为6.86%。结论:该优化工艺简便稳定、重现性好,可用于灵芝多糖的提取。
Objective: To determine the optimum extraction technology of Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides by microwave. Methods: Phenol - sulfuric acid method was used to optimize the microwave extraction process of Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides by response surface methodology. Results: The liquid-to-solid ratio and microwave frequency had a significant effect on the yield of Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides. The optimum extraction process was as follows: 32 times the amount of water added medicinal materials, extraction at 1960MHz microwave frequency for 14min, the polysaccharide yield was 6.86% . Conclusion: The optimization process is simple and stable, reproducible, and can be used for the extraction of Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides.
