校际师资均衡配置是促进义务教育均衡发展的重要手段。城市地区的重点学校聚集了一批优秀的教师队伍,而其他普通学校优秀教师却严重缺乏,造成了学校间师资配置存在着巨大差距,并引发择校问题,加重了义务教育发展的不均衡。面对城市小学校际师资配置的巨大差距,政府和学校应建立起从教育协同出发,完善教师交流轮岗制度,建立师资共享模式,通过联合博弈保障校际间的利益合理分配,以促进校际均师资衡发展,实现城市地区学校均衡发展。
The balanced allocation of inter-university teachers is an important means to promote the balanced development of compulsory education. The key schools in urban areas have gathered a group of outstanding teachers, while the outstanding teachers in other ordinary schools have been seriously lacking.
