反不正当竞争法开始实施《中华人民共和国反不正当竞争法》从1993年12月1日起开始实施。它在借鉴国外立法经验的基础上,根据我国实际情况,把一部分当前现实经济生活中已出现或可能出现的限制竞争行为及大量不正当竞争行为纳入该法加以规范。它标志着我国社会主义市场经济竞争法律制度的初步建立。今年经济工作的方针和任务李鹏总理在1993年12月召开的“全国经济工作会议”上阐述了1994年的经济工作的方针是:全面贯彻十四大和十四届三中全会精神,加快建立市场经济体制 Anti-unfair competition law began to implement “The People’s Republic of China Anti-Unfair Competition Law” from December 1, 1993 onwards.
