利用社会资源开展思想教育,是俄军政治工作的一大特色。其主要做法有:加强与各级政府及权力执行机关合作,增强军人爱国观念;借助宗教团体的教育功能,改善军人精神心理状态和道德素养;联合大众媒体,做好舆论宣传工作;挖掘军人家庭教育潜力,稳定军人精神心理状态;发挥军地联合教育优势,培育少年军校学员的爱国情操和道德品质。
The use of social resources to carry out ideological education is a major feature of the Russian military’s political work. Its main approaches include: strengthening cooperation with governments at all levels and the executive authorities of power so as to enhance the concept of patriotism among military personnel; improving the mental and psychological conditions and moral qualities of military personnel by means of educational functions of religious groups; unifying the mass media to publicize propaganda work; Education potentiality and stabilizing the mental state of the military personnel; exert the advantages of joint military education and military education to cultivate the patriotic sentiments and moral qualities of juvenile cadets.
