我院收治1例纵隔畸胎瘤多次自发性破入胸膜腔,术前未能明确诊断,报告如下: 患者男,21岁,1978年7月28日下楼时最后两个台阶跳下,顿时出现右侧胸部剧痛,急诊入厦门某医院。X线胸片拟诊纵隔胸膜包裹性积液,经抗菌素等治疗,症状缓解,于78年11月15日转入我院。入院时患著一般情况良好,无明显阳性体征。胸部正位片示两肺门阴影不扩大,肺野清晰。右肺门下力靠心缘处有一向肺野突出的半圆球形阴影,边缘清晰、光滑,密度均匀未见 In our hospital, 1 case of mediastinal teratoma was spontaneously ruptured into the pleural cavity and the diagnosis was not confirmed before surgery. Chest radiographs showed that the shadows of both hilums were not enlarged and the lung fields were clear. There is a semicircular spherical shadow protruding toward the lung field at the right edge of the right lung hilum. The edge is clear, smooth, and the density is not seen.
