目的:建立路路通的高效毛细管电泳指纹图谱,研究不同产地路路通药材的质量,建立评价路路通质量优劣的指纹图谱分析方法。方法:利用HPCE方法,采用未涂层熔融石英毛细管柱(57cm×75μmID,有效长度50cm)为分离通道,以12mmol·L-1硼砂:甲醇(80:20)为电泳介质,分离电压30kV,毛细管温度30℃,检测波长200nm。结果:确定了路路通药材中的10个共有峰,初步体现路路通药材的特征性。结论:路路通药材的高效毛细管电泳指纹图谱,重复性好,专属性强,用于路路通的质量评价切实可行,可结合含量测定用于全面控制路路通药材的质量。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a high performance capillary electrophoresis fingerprinting of Rutongtong to study the quality of Rutongtong medicinal materials in different producing areas and to establish a fingerprint analysis method for evaluating the quality of Rutongtong. Methods: HPCE method was used to separate channel with uncoated fused silica capillary column (57cm × 75μmID, effective length 50cm) and electrophoresis medium of 12mmol·L-1 borax and methanol (80:20) Temperature 30 ℃, detection wavelength 200nm. Results: Ten common peaks of Lactuca officinalis were identified and the characteristics of Lactuca officinalis were preliminarily demonstrated. Conclusion: The high performance capillary electrophoresis fingerprints of Lutongtong medicinal materials have good repeatability and specificity, and are feasible for the quality evaluation of Lutong pass, and can be used for the comprehensive control of the quality of Luthep pass materials in combination with the content determination.
