近三年来,日本摩托车的产量虽有所下降,但作为有魅力的商品,日本车仍是手屈一指,在性能、质量上居世界第一流水平。这和日本原材料工业的不断进步是分不开的。特别是近十年间,表面处理技术的发展对摩托车、汽车的升功率提高及车辆轻量化作出了很大的贡献。表1列出了摩托车、汽车用功能零件的表面处理方法。下面就其中主要方法的现状和发展作一简单介绍。
In the recent three years, the output of Japanese motorcycles has declined, but as an attractive commodity, Japanese cars are still one of the best in terms of performance and quality in the world. This is consistent with the continuous improvement of Japan’s raw material industry. Especially in the recent ten years, the development of surface treatment technology has made a great contribution to the increase of the power of motorcycles and automobiles and the weight reduction of vehicles. Table 1 lists the motorcycle, automotive functional parts surface treatment methods. Here’s a brief introduction of the status quo and development of the main methods.
