目的掌握广安市成蚊种群密度分布及消长规律,为制订防制对策提供科学依据。方法采用诱蚊灯法,将诱集的成蚊乙醚麻醉处理后进行分类鉴定和统计。结果全年共诱集成蚊25 490只,蚊虫总密度为13.28只/灯.h。其中以7月份蚊密度为最高,密度达61.81只/灯.h;致倦库蚊和三带喙库蚊为广安市优势种群;农村牲畜棚为成蚊主要栖息繁殖场所。结论开展蚊类防制应以环境治理为主,并结合种群特点和密度消长规律进行科学防制。
Objective To understand the population density distribution and growth pattern of adult mosquitoes in Guang’an and to provide a scientific basis for formulating control strategies. Methods The mosquito lamp method was used to classify and identify the trapped adult mosquito after anesthesia treatment. Results A total of 25 490 adult mosquitoes were collected and the total mosquito density was 13.28 / lamph. Among them, mosquito density was the highest in July, with a density of 61.81 / lamp.h; Culex quinquefasciatus and Culex tritaeniorhynchus were the dominant populations in Guang’an; and rural livestock sheds were the main habitat breeding sites for adult mosquitoes. Conclusion Mosquito control should be dominated by environmental management and should be scientifically controlled according to the characteristics of population and the growth and decline of density.
