海洋动物因具有产生抗菌物质、抗肿瘤物质、抗病毒物质、免疫调节物质等活性产物的巨大潜力,备受研究人员重视。近年来,各国研究者已从海洋动物中分离出了数千种结构新颖的活性物质,为新药的开发提供了坚实的基础。简要介绍了近六年来海绵、珊瑚、海参、海鞘等海洋动物来源的活性物质研究进展,旨在为海洋药用动物资源的开发利用提供参考。
Because of the great potential of marine animals for producing active products such as antimicrobial substances, anti-tumor substances, anti-viral substances and immunomodulating substances, researchers have paid much attention to them. In recent years, researchers from various countries have separated thousands of novel active substances from marine animals and provided a solid foundation for the development of new drugs. The research progress of active substances from marine animals such as sponge, coral, sea cucumber and sea squirt in the recent six years is briefly introduced. The aim is to provide references for the development and utilization of marine medicinal animal resources.
