内胚窦瘤是性腺的常见恶性肿瘤之一,性腺外少见。我科收治原发于肝脏1例,现报告如下。患儿韦某某,男,12岁,学生。因反复上腹部隐痛7个月,于1987年12月14日入院。腹痛与饮食无关,曾服止痛药无缓解,食欲减退,逐渐消瘦,但仍能坚持上学。无发热、呕吐,大小便正常。既往无肝病、黄疸史,家属无特殊病史。体检:T36.5℃,BP 14.40/10.40 kPa,W25kg。发育正常,消瘦,面色苍白,无黄染,浅表淋巴结无肿大。
Endoderm sinus tumors are one of the common malignant tumors of the gonads and are rarely seen outside the gonads. Our department received and treated 1 case in the liver. The report is as follows. Wei Weimou, male, 12 years old, student. He was admitted to hospital on December 14th, 1987 for repeated pain in the upper abdomen for 7 months. Abdominal pain has nothing to do with the diet, once served as an analgesic drug, there is no remission, loss of appetite, and gradual weight loss, but still able to adhere to school. No fever, vomiting, normal urine. There was no previous history of liver disease and jaundice, and family members had no special medical history. Physical examination: T36.5°C, BP 14.40/10.40 kPa, W25kg. Normal development, weight loss, pale, no yellow staining, no enlargement of superficial lymph nodes.
