基于亚硝酸根对溴酸钾氧化靛蓝二碳酸钠退色反应的催化作用,建立了一种在室温条件下(25℃)测定水中痕量亚硝酸根的方法。在608nm处,亚硝酸根含量在0.2~1.6ug/10mL范围内与靛蓝二碳酸钠吸光度的减小值(A)呈线性关系,检测限为0.02ug/mL。大多数常见离子无干扰。由Arrhenius方程求得表观活化能为39.7kJ/mol。本方法简便快速,用于环境水样中痕量亚硝酸根的测定,结果满意。
Based on the catalytic effect of nitrite on the fading reaction of indigo sodium bicarbonate by potassium bromate, a method was established for the determination of trace nitrite in water at room temperature (25 ℃). At 608 nm, there was a linear relationship between the absorbance of indigo sodium bicarbonate (A) and the absorbance of nitrite in the range of 0.2 ~ 1.6 ug / 10 mL with a detection limit of 0.02 ug / mL. Most common ions do not interfere. The apparent activation energy obtained from the Arrhenius equation was 39.7 kJ / mol. The method is simple and rapid and is used for the determination of trace nitrite in environmental water samples with satisfactory results.
