酸性鞘磷脂酶(ASM)是一种鞘磷脂酶家族,在多种细胞内表达。ASM不仅介导了溶酶体代谢作用,还参与膜结构的调节和信号转导。其在调节各种生物学进程如细胞凋亡、细胞增殖、细胞代谢和疾病发生中发挥重要作用。ASM参与诱导免疫细胞分化、激活免疫细胞,从而发挥促炎效应;参与免疫细胞表面分子信号活化、启动凋亡过程,从而靶向治疗肿瘤。本文将从ASM介导的信号转导、免疫细胞分化调节和对疾病的影响等方面对ASM与免疫相关的作用进行综述。
Acidic sphingomyelinase (ASM) is a sphingomyelinase family that is expressed in a variety of cells. ASM not only mediates lysosomal metabolism, but also participates in the regulation of membrane structure and signal transduction. It plays an important role in the regulation of various biological processes such as apoptosis, cell proliferation, cell metabolism and disease development. ASM is involved in the induction of immune cell differentiation, activation of immune cells, which play a proinflammatory effect; involved in activation of immune cell surface molecule signals, start the process of apoptosis, and thus targeted treatment of cancer. This article reviews the role of ASM in immune-related effects in terms of ASM-mediated signal transduction, regulation of immune cell differentiation and its impact on disease.
