班级新转来一名学生本东,第一感觉——脏,斜挎个书包,脸上黑一道,白一道,有许多汗痕。第二感觉——懒散,来班级的第一天就不写作业,课堂上更是让人不省心。按照以往的教学经验,我分析起他的成长环境:父母在外地打工,他跟随父母在外地借读。父母工作忙,没有精力管他,他行为、学习无拘无束,逐渐形成自卑的性格、懒散的习惯。后来学习实在跟不上,父母便把他送到奶奶身边,这时他来到我的班级。
