科学研究发现,人类具有音乐智力、运动智力、语言智力、空间感智力、人际交流智力、逻辑——数学智力、个人内在智力等几种智力,就是人们常说的特长或天赋。有的人在年幼时,表现得尤为突出。但有的人则不显山露水,只储藏着一种可塑性很大的潜能,尚待开发.后天的开发与培养,是学生成长的关键。后天的发展和培养与学校教育有着密切关系,而班主任又是这一关系中的重要一环。
