目的:研究头针结合语言训练治疗孤独症谱系障碍儿童语言障碍的临床疗效。方法:将50例孤独症谱系障碍患儿随机分为观察组和对照组各25例,分别采用语言训练联合头针和单纯语言训练治疗,比较两组患儿治疗前后语言功能及孤独严重程度评分。结果:两组患儿治疗后PEP-3评分均明显改善,且观察组患儿治疗后PEP-3评分明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿总有效率为92.0%(23/25),明显高于对照组的68.0%(17/25),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:头针结合语言训练治疗孤独症谱系障碍儿童语言障碍有助于改善患儿症状,提升其语言功能,疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To study the clinical efficacy of scalp acupuncture combined with language training in treating speech disorders in children with autistic spectrum disorders. Methods: Fifty children with autism spectrum disorder were randomly divided into observation group (25 cases) and control group (25 cases), respectively. Language training combined with scalp acupuncture and simple language training were used to compare the language function and the severity of loneliness . Results: The PEP-3 scores of both groups were significantly improved after treatment, and the PEP-3 scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group after treatment (P <0.05). The total effective rate in the observation group was 92.0% (23/25), which was significantly higher than that in the control group (68.0%, 17/25). The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Scalp acupuncture combined with language training in treating children with autism spectrum disorder can improve the symptoms and improve the language function of children with significant curative effect, which is worthy of clinical application.
