通过对我校“病伤体弱学生”44人,采用SCL一90自测量表进行心理健康调查,测试其体质指标,并进行了一定的体育保健课干预。研究发现:特殊人群心理健康水平和体质状况低于同龄大学生,体育保健课干预可提高病伤体弱学生的身心健康水平,且心理健康水平的改善幅度明显于体质状况。 Through our school “sick and wounded weary students ” 44 people, using SCL-90 self-test questionnaire for mental health survey, test its physical indicators, and some physical health class intervention. The study found that: mental health and physical fitness of special population is lower than that of college students. Intervention of physical education and health class can improve the physical and mental health of the frail and sick students, and the improvement of mental health level is obviously in the physical condition.
