利用39对SSR分子标记和系谱信息分析广西常用苏湾玉米自交系和原始育种群体的遗传关系。结果表明:39对SSR引物在27份玉米自交系和两个玉米群体中分别检测到154和196条等位基因差异,在27份玉米自交系中,每对引物检测到3~8个等位位点,平均为3.95个。经聚类分析,27份自交系可以分为3个类群。明确了经过选择后的苏湾群体等位基因频率变化情况,可为更好地利用苏湾玉米自交系奠定基础。
The genetic relationship between the common maize inbred line and the original breeding population of common maize in Guangxi was analyzed using 39 pairs of SSR molecular markers and pedigree information. The results showed that 39 pairs of SSR primers detected 154 alleles and 196 alleles in 27 maize inbred lines and two maize groups. In 27 maize inbred lines, 3 to 8 Alleles, with an average of 3.95. By cluster analysis, 27 inbred lines can be divided into three groups. It is clear that the frequency of allele changes in the selected population of Suwan population can lay a foundation for making better use of maize inbred lines in Suwan.
