含醇醚有机废水萃取精馏净化工艺的优化设计

采用萃取精馏法,以乙二醇为萃取剂,选择UNIQUAC物性方法,基于Aspen Plus对含异丙醚和异丙醇的高浓度有机废水的四塔分离回收工艺进行了概念设计和模拟研究。通过分析萃取剂用量对异丙醇/异丙醚/水体系相对挥发度的影响,确定了最佳溶剂比,以再沸器热负荷最小为目标值,确定了各塔最优的理论板数和进料位置。最后,对全流程进行了模拟和经济评价,结果表明,有机废水不仅实现了达标排放,而且具有很大的经济潜力。 The extractive distillation method, ethylene glycol as extractant, the choice of UNIQUAC physical method, based on Aspen Plus on the four-column separation and recovery process of high concentrations of organic wastewater containing isopropyl ether and isopropanol were conceptualized and simulated. By analyzing the influence of the amount of extractant on the relative volatility of isopropanol / isopropyl ether / water system, the optimum solvent ratio was determined. The optimal theoretical plate number of each column was determined with the minimum reboiler heat load as the target value And feed location. Finally, the simulation and economic evaluation of the whole process were carried out. The results show that the organic wastewater not only achieves the discharge standard but also has great economic potential.
