目的对河南陆港口岸蝇类及其携带主要肠道致病菌情况进行分析,为口岸传染病预防和控制提供依据。方法 2015年5-10月,采用笼诱法对河南陆港口岸不同生境的蝇类进行监测,对捕获的蝇类进行种类鉴定,采用VITEK2全自动微生物鉴定仪检测大肠杆菌O157:H7、霍乱弧菌、沙门菌、蜡样芽胞杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和志贺菌。结果共捕获蝇类50批3 137只,经鉴定隶属于4科9属13种,其中以家蝇为优势种群。共检出蜡样芽胞杆菌5批,霍乱弧菌非O1/O139群1批,金黄色葡萄球菌1批。未检出大肠杆菌O157:H7、沙门菌和志贺菌。结论应加强河南口岸蝇类的防控工作。
Objective To analyze the situation of flies and their main gut pathogenic bacteria in the land-sea ports of Henan Province, and provide the basis for the prevention and control of port-borne infectious diseases. Methods From May to October 2015, cage foci were used to monitor the flies in different habitats at the Henan port and inland ports. Species of flies were identified by VITEK2 automatic microbial identification system. E. coli O157: H7, cholera arc Salmonella, Bacillus cereus, Staphylococcus aureus and Shigella. Results A total of 3 137 flies were caught. Thirteen species belonging to 9 families, 4 families and 4 families were identified. Among them, housefly was the dominant species. A total of 5 batches of Bacillus cereus, 1 batch of non-O1 / O139 cholera and 1 batch of Staphylococcus aureus were detected. E. coli O157: H7, Salmonella and Shigella were not detected. Conclusion The prevention and control of flies in Henan should be strengthened.
