按照国标GB7258-2004《机动车运行安全技术条件》的要求,设计的汽车安全技术检测线微机控制系统能够准确的采集各工位仪表的数据,通过微机对数据进行加工处理及存储,以显示和打印检测结果。本系统采用多串口通讯卡与串口转换器的适当搭配既解决了计算机串口数量有限的局限性,又弥补了RS-232接口通讯距离短的不足。侧重于系统硬件的设计,主要包括研制一套工作性能稳定可靠的模拟信号调理电路并对其进行仿真,选配合适的A/D数据采集卡和多串口通讯卡,运用串口转换器解决数字式汽车检测仪器通讯接口传输距离短等问题。
