用原位聚合方法制备了(邻甲苯胺-苯胺)共聚物/Ba0.8La0.2Al2Fe10O19复合物(Poly(OT-co-AN)/BLAF).通过正交优化设计,考察了单体的质量比(mOT/mAN)、聚合温度、聚合时间和BLAF投料量对复合物的结构、形貌、电导率和磁性能的影响.结果表明:共聚物对BLAF粒子具有较好的包覆作用,复合物的组分之间具有一定的相互作用;复合物的磁性能与BLAF粒子的含量相关联;BLAF的投料量对复合物的组成和电导率有较大的影响,其次是温度;复合物对电磁波的反射损耗和有效带宽是Poly(OT-co-AN)和BLAF协同作用的结果,当BLAF与混合单体(mOT/mAN=1:1)的质量比为0.2,25℃聚合10h所得复合物的反射峰值和有效带宽分别达到-26.94dB和8.54GHz.复合物优良的微波吸收性能,有望成为电磁波吸收与屏蔽领域的侯选材料.
(O-toluidine-aniline) copolymer / Ba0.8La0.2Al2Fe10O19 composite (Poly (OT-co-AN) / BLAF) was prepared by the in-situ polymerization method.Orthogonal optimization design was used to investigate the effect of mass ratio (mOT / mAN), polymerization temperature, polymerization time and amount of BLAF on the structure, morphology, conductivity and magnetic properties of the composites were investigated.The results showed that the copolymer had good coating on BLAF particles, The magnetic properties of the composites are related to the content of BLAF particles. The amount of BLAF charged has a great influence on the composition and conductivity of the composites, followed by the temperature. (MOT / mAN = 1: 1) mass ratio of 0.2 and polymerization of 10 h at 25 ℃, the reflection loss and effective bandwidth of Poly (OT-co-AN) Of the peak reflection and effective bandwidth of -26.94dB and 8.54GHz respectively.The excellent microwave absorption performance of the composite is expected to become a candidate material in the field of electromagnetic wave absorption and shielding.
