针对C型、ZFJ.Y-100型、KFJ-3型老翻车机液压系统存在的问题进行分析,提出改造方案及设计图,解决了液压系统、加装压力保护及远程压力显示、油箱、液压管路、集中润滑系统的污染大、可靠性差、故障率高问题。
Based on the analysis of the existing problems of the hydraulic system of C-type, ZFJ.Y-100 and KFJ-3 old dumper, the scheme and design plan are put forward to solve the problems of hydraulic system, installation of pressure protection and remote pressure display, Piping, centralized lubrication system of pollution, poor reliability, high failure rate.
