当前我国处于经济新常态下,面临着经济增长速度放缓、产业结构亟需优化升级的压力,“一带一路”战略是新疆维吾尔自治区乌鲁木齐市实现跨越式发展的重大机遇,如何利用好这一历史机遇,发挥其地缘优势,利用其资源禀赋优势,实现产业结构优化升级和发展特色民族产业,弥补经济发展中的不足,成为摆在乌鲁木齐市面前的一道重大课题。
