20世纪80年代目标管理理论引入我国教育领域并取得了巨大的成就。然而由于我国社会的制约、理论自身的局限性和实践中的应用不当导致在中小学校行政工作中出现目标确立自主性不足且难以量化、层级关系紧张和关注重心发生偏移等问题,建议在合理授权分工、提高学校管理者能力、建立通畅的信息渠道的基础上利用SWOT分析法,统筹兼顾,对目标体系进行优化。
The theory of target management in the 1980s has been introduced into the field of education in our country and great achievements have been made.
