随着我国经济的不断发展,越来越多的企业迈步走向国际市场,与此同时,市场竞争变得越来越激烈。建筑业作为我国的支柱型产业之一在市场中的重要地位不言而喻,提高我国建筑业的竞争和经营能力对于我国国民经济的发展和进步有很大的推动作用,所以,如何在激烈的市场竞争中脱颖而出成为了建筑行业以及相关行业都关心的一个重要话题。本文主要试论述了建筑业在成本管控方面存在的一些问题,并针对这些问题给出了笔者的一些思考,希望能给建筑业在激烈的市场竞争中提供一些启发。
With the constant development of our economy, more and more enterprises are moving toward the international market. At the same time, market competition has become more and more fierce. It is self-evident that the construction industry, as one of the pillar industries in our country, plays an important role in the market. Improving the competitiveness and operating ability of the construction industry in our country will greatly promote the development and progress of our national economy. Therefore, Market competition has emerged as the construction industry and related industries are concerned about an important topic. This paper mainly discusses the construction industry in the cost control some problems, and gives some of these questions for the author’s thinking, hoping to give the construction industry in the fierce competition in the market to provide some inspiration.
