创新不仅是企业竞争力的核心,也是一个国家乃至整个世界繁荣发展的关键。如何提高员工的创新能力是理论界和实务界广泛关注的话题。本文从个体和情景视角,对国内外员工创新行为前因和结果变量的实证研究进行了系统性归纳和梳理,并指出了现有研究的不足,为后续进行创新行为的研究提供了有益借鉴。
Innovation is not only the core of an enterprise’s competitiveness, but also the key to the prosperity and development of a country and even the entire world. How to improve the innovation ability of employees is a topic of widespread concern in both theorists and practitioners. Based on individual and situational perspectives, this essay systematically summarizes and combs the empirical research on the causes and outcome variables of employee innovation behavior at home and abroad. It also points out the shortcomings of existing research and provides useful reference for the subsequent research on innovation behavior.
