本文研究了经分子设计合成的HL-HES高强节能环保型聚羧酸系减水剂对混凝土性能的影响。试验表明,HL-HES聚羧酸减水剂在较小掺量下,具有超高的减水率,很好的分散性、保塑性。该减水剂对不同水泥具有较强适应性,对混凝土的早期、后期抗压强度具有较好的影响。与其他种类减水剂进行对比试验,掺用HL-HES减水剂的混凝土较普通高效减水剂具有更加优良的工作性能。该减水剂具有较高的社会价值及经济价值。
In this paper, the molecular design and synthesis of HL-HES energy-saving environmentally friendly polycarboxylate superplasticizer on concrete performance. Tests show that, HL-HES polycarboxylate superplasticizer with a smaller dosage, with ultra-high water reduction, good dispersion, plasticity. The superplasticizer on different cement has strong adaptability, concrete early and late compressive strength has a good effect. Compared with other types of superplasticizer, concrete with HL-HES superplasticizer has more excellent performance than ordinary superplasticizer. The water reducer has high social value and economic value.
