房地产行业在我国的发展速度异常惊人,短短十几年时间,迅速成为我国的经济的重点支柱部分。随着人们对于住房的安全和质量要求逐渐提高,当今房屋建筑行业急需要解决的问题是怎样大幅提高房屋建筑的质量,建造出经济美观、安全舒适的房屋。本文作者结合房屋建筑施工技术的要点,探讨了房建施工技术中的常见问题和相应的解决对策,为工程实践提供参考。
The growth rate of the real estate industry in our country is unusually staggering. In just a dozen or so years, it has quickly become a key pillar of our economy. With the gradual increase of people’s requirements on the safety and quality of housing, the urgent problem to be solved in the housing construction industry today is how to significantly improve the quality of housing construction and build a beautiful, safe and comfortable housing. Combined with the key points of building construction technology, the author explores the common problems and corresponding solutions in the construction technology of housing construction, and provides reference for engineering practice.
