如果干部头脑中有了法治思维这根弦儿,在遇到问题、解决问题时,就会自然而然地想到如何运用法治的思维去分析、运用法治的办法去解决。政府是不是守法,干部是不是懂法、会不会用法,不仅事关法治政府的建设,而且在很大程度上影响着施政的质量和政府的威信。政府带头守法,首要的一条就是培养和强化领导干部的法治思维。如果干部头脑中有了法治思维这根弦儿,在遇到问题、解决问题时,就会自然而然地想到如何运用
