为了对预应力混凝土管桩加固软土路基的效果进行研究,在广梧高速公路马安~河口段设置了全长148.5m的管桩试验段并进行大量的原型观测试验。利用沉降和土压力原型观测数据,从变形和应力的角度,对其处理效果进行了分析。研究表明,预应力混凝土管桩加固软土路基比常规预压排水法处理更能够有效减小总沉降和工后沉降,大大缩短工期。同时对各种褥垫层设置的处理效果进行了对比分析,寻求较为合理的褥垫层形式和填充材料。
In order to study the effect of reinforcing prestressed concrete pipe pile on soft soil roadbed, a 148.5m pipe pile test section was set up at Ma’an ~ estuary section of Guangwu Expressway and a large number of prototype observation tests were carried out. Using the data of settlement and earth pressure prototype observation, the treatment effect is analyzed from the perspective of deformation and stress. The research shows that the prestressed concrete pipe pile strengthening soft soil subgrade can reduce the total settlement and post-construction settlement more effectively than the conventional preloading drainage method, and greatly shorten the construction period. At the same time, the disposition effects of various bedding were compared and analyzed to find a more reasonable form of bedding and filling material.
