支气管哮喘是一种儿童时期最常见的慢性疾病,单纯的Thl/Th2应答失衡并不能完全解释支气管哮喘的发生,伴随着CD4+CD25+调节性T(Treg)细胞的研究进展,人们发现与CD4+CD25+Treg细胞相关的因素如叉头/翼状螺旋转录因子、血红蛋白加氧酶-1、转化生长因子β、细胞毒性T淋巴细胞相关抗原-4与支气管哮喘均有密切的联系。
Bronchial asthma is one of the most common chronic diseases in childhood. A simple imbalance of Thl / Th2 response does not completely explain the development of bronchial asthma. With the progress of CD4 + CD25 + regulatory T (Treg) cells, it has been found that CD4 + CD25 + Treg cells related factors such as the fork / wing spiral transcription factor, hemoglobin oxygenase-1, transforming growth factor beta, cytotoxic T lymphocyte antigen-4 and bronchial asthma are closely linked.
