光谱解析法这种方法依靠的是光谱学的原理和实验方法,通过此来判定物质的结构。光谱解析在有机化学的领域当中,分析研究各种有机化合物的结构测定的问题,化学成分的各种结构的物质都是具有自己的特征光谱,而光谱解析法就是利用这一个特征光谱来对物质结构进行测定和测定化学成分。本文主要研究的就是光谱解析法当中的四大光谱:紫外光谱、红外光谱对于判定有机化合物以及测定化学成分的应用研究。
