俄罗斯伏尔加钢管厂利用优质低硫、低磷钢,开发出了新的准1 420 mm、工作压力为9.8 MPa和11.8 MPa、强度分别为K60(X70)和K65(X80)的螺旋缝焊管和直缝焊管。对钢管力学性能的研究结果表明,该厂生产的准1 420 mm焊管完全适用于俄罗斯天然气工业股份公司的大型天然气管道项目。并介绍了近年来伏尔加钢管厂与俄罗斯钢管科学研究院、天然气和煤气工艺科学研究院等合作进行的对大直径焊管的研究概况。
Russia’s Volga Steel Plant has developed a new quasi-1 420 mm, 9.8 MPa and 11.8 MPa, spiral welded seam tube of strength K60 (X70) and K65 (X80) and straight Welded pipe. The results of the study on the mechanical properties of steel pipe show that the quasi-1 420 mm welded pipe produced by this plant is fully suitable for the large-scale natural gas pipeline project of Gazprom. In addition, the research status of large diameter welded pipe made by Volga Steel Pipe Plant in cooperation with Russian Academy of Steel Pipe Science and Technology, Natural Gas and Gas Processing Technology Research Institute in recent years is introduced.
