“数字奥运”是2008年奥运会的亮点,是“科技奥运”的时代特征、”人文奥运”的弘扬手段、“绿色奥运”的重要支撑。同时,“数字奥运”是“奥运战略”和“数字北京”的战略结合点,是“数字北京”发展和前进进程中重要的里程碑。研究“数字奥运”与“数字北京”的关系,对于科学的制定首都信息化发展规划,明确“数字奥运”建设任务,更好地推进“数字北京”建设具有重要的现实意义和战略价值。
“Digital Olympics” is the highlight of the 2008 Olympic Games, the epoch of “science and technology Olympics”, the propaganda method of “humanistic Olympics” and the important support of “green Olympics.” At the same time, “Digital Olympics” is a strategic combination of “Olympic Strategy” and “Digital Beijing” and is an important milestone in the development and progress of Digital Beijing. Studying the relationship between “Digital Olympics” and “Digital Beijing” has important realistic and strategic values for scientifically formulating the informatization development plan for the capital city, clarifying the task of building “Digital Olympics” and promoting the construction of “Digital Beijing” better.
