国有企业党组织的能力建设是基层党组织的能力建设的重要内容。多年来,马钢公司党委加强党组织的能力建设,促进了企业生产经营和改革发展,增强了党组织的凝聚力、战斗力和号召力。本课题组在对马钢党建工作实践的调研的基础上,提出了基层党组织能力建设的内涵和途径,并对新时期国有企业党组织的能力建设提出自己的建议。
The capacity building of the party organizations in state-owned enterprises is an important part of the capacity-building of grassroots party organizations. Over the years, the party committee of Masteel Steel Company has strengthened the capacity building of the party organizations, promoted the production and operation of enterprises and the reform and development, and strengthened the cohesion, combat effectiveness and appeal of the party organizations. Based on the investigation of the work of Party building in Maanshan Iron and Steel Group, this research group proposed the connotation and ways of capacity building of grass-roots party organizations and put forward my own suggestions on the capacity-building of the party organizations in state-owned enterprises in the new period.
