首钢矿业公司于1959年建矿,经过50多年的发展壮大,已经成为集首钢精品原料基地、对外资源开发、矿山装备制造、生产技术服务于一体的大型冶金矿山企业,现有职能部门21个,各类厂矿单位18个、子公司7个,在岗职工1.23万人。2003年以来,我们围绕落实首钢发展战略,努力建设学习创新型企业,进行了不懈的探索实践。特别是近几年,围绕打造“百年矿业”四个支撑产业,从创建品牌团队入手,进一步深化“百队千员”工程,为企业发展注入了活力。
Shougang Mining Company established its foundry in 1959. After 50 years of development and growth, it has become a large-scale metallurgical mining enterprise integrating Shougang’s fine raw materials base, foreign resources development, mining equipment manufacturing and production technology services. The existing functional departments 21, 18 units of various types of factories and mines, 7 subsidiaries, on-the-job workers 12300 people. Since 2003, we have made unremitting efforts to explore and implement Shougang’s development strategy, strive to build an innovative and innovative learning enterprise. Especially in recent years, we focus on creating four supporting industries such as “One Hundred Mines” and start with creating a brand team to further deepen the “One Hundred Cadres” project and inject vitality into the development of the enterprise.
