分离获得一株蘑菇褐腐病生防菌FJ-08。FJ-08的生物学特性及营养要求的研究结果为:适宜生长温度范围为37～45℃、最适生长温度为37℃,适宜生长的pH范围为6.0～8.0,培养30h进入对数生长期,培养72h后进入衰亡期。FJ-08对氮源酵母浸膏的利用效率较高,几乎不能利用无机氮源;D-半乳糖为该菌生长的最适碳源。
Isolation obtained a mushroom rot rot biocontrol agent FJ-08.
