中国石油天然气集团公司在成功地进行了一系列管理体制和运行机制的重大改革后,开始对最为敏感和关键的人事制度进行改革,首先在中国石油天然气股份有限公司总部机关实施岗位竞聘。这次岗位竞聘工作分为准备、动员、实施、后续四个阶段进行。3月28日,股份公司岗位竞聘工作正式启动。共有105名竞聘者通过资格审查,参与竞聘股份公司总部机关职能部门和专业公司的47个行政副职岗位。4月中旬,竞聘工作基本完成。◎
After successfully carrying out a series of major reforms in the management system and operation mechanism, CNPC began to reform the most sensitive and crucial personnel system by first implementing the position competition in the headquarters of China National Petroleum Corporation.
