We have devised a blind walker with microprocessors and ultrasound devices that can be evaluated on a psychophysical basis. In this model, a transmission array with a wide-angle feature produces a swept-frequency ultrasound signal to detect obstacles. The ultrasound echoes returned from the obstacle are captured by a dual-channel receiver that produces ultrasound frequencies within 1 ms Swept from 70KHz to 40KHz, it’s almost the same with bats in echolocation
