以壳聚糖为载体,戊二醛为交联剂,将胃蛋白酶固定在载体上,制备成固定化胃蛋白酶。该固相胃酶在固定化过程中酶活性损失较少,回收率高,稳定性好,并可在生产中重复使用。将其代替液相胃酶用于抗血清类制品的生产,其消化所需条件与现有的生产条件无明显差异,但可克服液相胃酶的缺点,在适宜的温度、时间、pH等条件下,取得理想的效果。
Using chitosan as carrier and glutaraldehyde as cross-linking agent, pepsin was immobilized on the carrier to prepare immobilized pepsin. The solid-phase gastrin has less loss of enzyme activity during immobilization, high recovery and good stability, and can be reused in the production. The use of liquid gastrin instead of liquid phase enzyme for the production of antiserum products, the digestive conditions required and the existing production conditions no significant difference, but can overcome the shortcomings of liquid gastrin, at the appropriate temperature, time, pH, etc. Conditions, to achieve the desired effect.
