本实验比较了2004年从临床分离的216株阴道加特纳菌(Gardnerella Vaginalis,GV)对临床常用的12种抗菌药物的敏感率,抽样测定50株最低抑菌浓度(MIC),并择其中一株做了5种抗生素的体内保护试验。研究结果表明:GV 敏感率最高的分别是环丙沙星(97.1%)、头孢噻肟(94.9%)、头孢唑啉(88.9%)、庆大霉素(80.9%)。研究结果还提示:GV 对12种抗菌药物都有一定耐药菌株,其耐药菌株率和该药物在临床应用的常用程度相关。
In this study, we compared the susceptibility of 216 strains of Gardnerella vaginalis (GV) isolated from clinical isolates to 12 kinds of commonly used antibiotics in clinic in 2004, and determined the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of 50 strains by sampling A strain of 5 in vivo protection tests done. The results showed that the highest sensitivity rates of GV were ciprofloxacin (97.1%), cefotaxime (94.9%), cefazolin (88.9%) and gentamicin (80.9%). The results also suggest that: GV resistant to 12 kinds of antibiotics have strains, the rate of resistant strains and the drug commonly used in clinical relevance.
