工作任务教学法是以工作过程为导向的课程,它打破了传统的教学理念,强调“学中做,做中学”。工作任务教学法体现了实用主义的教学原则,避免了学生所学过于理论化而缺少实际工作能力和经验。在运用工作任务教学法的教学实践中,倡导学生发挥主观能动性,让他们主动参与到学习活动中来。同时,要发扬小组协作的团队精神,主张学生通过分工合作完成工作任务。
Task-based teaching method is a process oriented course, which breaks the traditional teaching philosophy, emphasizing “learning to do, do secondary”. The task teaching method embodies the teaching principle of pragmatism, avoids the students’ theory being too theoretical and lacks practical ability and experience. In the teaching practice of using task assignment teaching method, students are encouraged to give play to subjective initiative and let them take the initiative to participate in the learning activities. At the same time, it is necessary to promote the team spirit of teamwork and advocate that students complete their work tasks through division of labor.
