目的:探讨无环鸟苷(ACV)对人白血病细胞的抗增殖和诱导分化作用。方法:将无环鸟苷加入K562细胞培养4d,测定其活细胞数目、联苯胺染色阳性率,光镜观察形态、组织化学染色。结果:在ACV的作用下,K562细胞的增殖受抑,生长分数降低,并且向具有合成血红蛋白能力的细胞分化。结论:ACV对K562细胞具有抑制增殖和诱导分化作用,该结果可为慢性粒细胞白血病的治疗探索新的途径。
Objective: To investigate the effect of acyclovir (ACV) on anti-proliferation and differentiation of human leukemia cells. METHODS: Acyclovir was added to K562 cells for 4 days. The number of viable cells and the positive rate of benzidine staining were observed. The morphology and histochemical staining were observed under light microscope. RESULTS: Under the action of ACV, the proliferation of K562 cells was inhibited, the growth fraction was decreased, and cells were differentiated to have the ability to synthesize hemoglobin. Conclusion: ACV can inhibit the proliferation and induce the differentiation of K562 cells, which may be a new approach for the treatment of chronic myelogenous leukemia.
