肺淋巴结正常是位于肺门,靠近肺叶支气管和肺内四级支气管平面。有报告在放射学上发现肺外围硬币样病变,最后组织学证实为肺内淋巴结炭末沉积症。作者报告10例肺内淋巴结。其中4例放射学发现肺内结节,经过广泛的诊断性检查,包括胸腔手术探查,最终诊断为肺内淋巴结;另6例在肺切除或因无关情况下肺活检的标本中发现肺内淋巴结。10例中男8例,女2例,年龄36～73岁。4例作前瞻性研究,放射学发现8个肺内淋巴结,5例作回顾性研究,放射学发现8个肺内淋巴结。5例曾作切层照片,1例作电子计算机切层照片(CT),3例作切层照片及 CT。CT 找到7个肺内淋巴结,其中4个在平片中未发现,1个在切层片亦未发现。切层片所见到的肺内淋巴结有40%在胸部平片中未能发现,
Normal lung lymph nodes are located in the hilar, near the lobule of the lobe, and in the bronchial plane of the lung. It has been reported that a peripheral lung cancer-like lesion was found on the outside of the lung, and the final histology proved to be an intrapulmonary lymph node deposit. The authors report 10 cases of intrapulmonary lymph nodes. Four of the patients had radiological findings of pulmonary nodules. After extensive diagnostic tests, including thoracic surgery, the lungs were eventually diagnosed as lymph nodes. The other 6 patients were found to have pulmonary lymph nodes in lung resection or lung biopsy specimens that were unrelated. . In 10 cases, there were 8 males and 2 females, aged 36-73 years old. Four patients underwent prospective studies. Radiological findings revealed 8 intrapulmonary lymph nodes. Five patients underwent retrospective studies. Radiological findings revealed 8 intra- pulmonary lymph nodes. Five patients had photographs of the stratum, one had a computed tomography (CT) photograph, and three had a slice and CT. CT found 7 lung lymph nodes, of which 4 were not found in plain film and 1 was not found in slice. Less than 40% of the lung lymph nodes seen on the slice were not found in the plain radiograph.
