在电热连续结晶机动态机理模型的基础上,在MatIab中实现了其动态机理模型的计算,在Step7 V5.3中设计了其模糊控制算法模块,在WinCC 6.0中设计了良好的人机交互监控界面,并通过OPC、MPI完成了MatIab、WinCC与Step7三者之间的数据交换。通过三个软件平台的联合仿真调试,得到了令人满意的控制效果,表明设计的模糊控制算法可应用于工程实际。“,”Based on the dynamic mechanism modeI of the EIectric Heating Continuous CrystaI ization Machine,this paper reaIizes of the caIcuIation of dynamic mechanism modeI with MatIab,and designs the moduIes of the fuzzy controI aIgorithm with Step7 V5.3,a good human-computer interaction monitoring interface with WinCC 6.0,and compIets the data exchange among the MatIab,WinCC and Step7 through the OPC and MPI.Through the joint simuIation debugging of the three software pIatform,obtained the satisfactory controI effect.
