Since Kupchan et al. Isolated from the United States denim wood with highly anti-tumor activity of the macrocyclic compounds, has attracted all attention. In recent years, I have assigned these compounds from Maytenus hookeri Loes and observed the effects on the tumors of animals in maytansine and maytanprine. Experimental procedures and efficacy of anti-tumor test evaluation with reference to our experiment
