本文比较原发性醛固酮增多症(primary aldosteronism,PA)与原发性高血压(essential hypertension,EH)患者代谢异常和尿酸水平的差异,探讨影响尿酸水平的相关因素。方法:选择2008年1月至2014年12月收治于中山大学孙逸仙纪念医院内科因“高血压查因”住院确诊、资料完整的病例,按性别、年龄、高血压程度及病程等匹配原则纳入PA患者(PA组)117
This article compares the metabolic abnormalities and uric acid levels in patients with primary aldosteronism (PA) and essential hypertension (EH), and discusses the related factors that influence uric acid.
